Robin Chemers Neustein is a Senior Director of Goldman Sachs. She joined the firm in 1982, became a General Partner in 1990, and a Senior Director in 2002. She was a member of the firm's Management, Operating and Partnership Committees, the three key governance bodies. She was an investment banker, chaired the Asset Management Division Private Equity Group, served as the firm's chief of staff through its last decade as a private partnership, and became an Executive Officer when the firm went public. As a Senior Director, Ms. Neustein provides ongoing support to Goldman Sachs as a whole.

Ms. Neustein is the managing member of her family office, Rosh Holdings LLC, and a Founding Partner of Circle Financial Group, a peer-to-peer wealth management organization founded by and for women. She is an active investor across the capital markets and in selected private companies.

Ms. Neustein is founder and trustee of Lightfighter Trust which supports scientific research on combat trauma. In addition, Ms. Neustein is a Trustee of Rockefeller University, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Northwestern University and Trustee Emerita of Mount Holyoke College and Brown University. She is Vice-Chairman of the Graduate School of Biological Sciences at Mount Sinai. Ms. Neustein also serves on the investment committees of Weizmann Institute Global Endowment Management, Mount Holyoke College and Rockefeller University. She is a member of the Weizmann Institute International Board and Executive Board. She is Honorary Trustee & President Emerita of American Ballet Theatre. Ms. Neustein is a philanthropic trustee of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and the Institute for National Security Studies.

Ms. Neustein attended Mount Holyoke College, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, and earned a JD/MBA from Northwestern University. Ms. Neustein divides her time between New York City and Jerusalem.
