Executive Assistant

Masha was born in Vitebsk, Belarus, into a family deeply connected to the city's Jewish community. She has always been a part of Jewish communal life and became an active member at a very young age: attending Jewish Sunday school and summer and winter camps, along with participating in many projects within the Belarus Jewish community. She worked as an instructor in seminars and camps organized by the Jewish Agency for Israel, Hashomer Hatzair and the World Union of Jewish Students.

Masha made aliyah to Israel alone at the age of 20, specifically to Kibbutz Shoval. She holds a BA from Tel-Aviv University with a double major in English Literature and Linguistics.

Before joining the Genesis Prize Foundation, she worked at a global high-tech company where she was involved in the development of workflow and documentation procedures as well as the organization of office operations.

Masha holds overall responsibility for coordination of Genesis Prize activities in Israel, working closely with the Deputy CEO. She coordinates all operational issues and interactions with GPF partners and vendors, assists the Deputy CEO in the oversight of the philanthropic activities of the Prize Laureates in Israel and plays a key function in the implementation of the Genesis Prize Ceremony, auxiliary events and conducting the Selection and Prize Committee meetings, including preparation of materials, transportation, site visits, and supervision regarding logistics.
